Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing grocery relief and financial support to communities throughout the United States. The program began in 1994 with 34 families in Monroe, Georgia (between Atlanta and Athens), and has grown to serve hundreds of thousands of families every month across 35 states. If you eat you qualify.

August orders will be distributed on Friday, August 20th from 6:30 P.M.-7:30 P.M. in the Church's Dining Room.

If you would like a September menu please stop in the Church Office , Monday thru Friday, 8:00 A.M.-4:30 P.M. anytime after August 20, 2010.

Orders must be placed in person at the church prior to pick-up with the cash, money order or food stamps-No checks please

AUGUST'S PICK-UP DATE FOR FOOD=FRIDAY, AUGUST 20TH FROM 6:30 P.M.-7:30 P.M.

Food packets must be ordered the weekend before pick-up.

EXCITING ANGEL FOOD NEWS

Starting in August, you do not need to purchase a standard box of food in order to purchase specials. So if you would like to buy a special you no longer need to order one of the main boxes. This will occur next month for our August distribution.

Effective August 1, 2009 you can purchase Angel Food Ministries gift cards on line or through the customer service department. These would be great gifts for the upcoming holidays or just a great way to help out a struggling family.

Also effective in August, if you come in place an order during one of our ordering dates, for every box you purchase (regular, senior, allergy or specials) you will receive a ticket and at distribution night we will draw a ticket and that person will win a free regular box of food for the September pick up. We will do this until further notice.
