Important Angel Food Ministries News

      After a ministry of nearly two (2) years, the Angel Food Ministries' Program will end after the December 2010 ordering and distribution.

       Churches across the United States are seeing a large drop in the number of boxes of food being purchased each month through this program.  That same trend is evident here at Zion.

      Zion United Church of Christ is pleased that we were able to provide this low cost food program to folks in Carbon County. 

      For our friends that meet the income guidelines, please consider coming to our Feed-A-Neighbor food pantry on the last Thursday of each month from 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.    Please note that November's distribution will be on Thursday, November 18th due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. 

     Our Feed-A-Neighbor pantry also opens for emergency distribution on the second Thursday of each month from 12:00 Noon-1:00 P.M.
